If you want to stop using the services of the Betting Company and close your Personal Account, contact the Betting Company Support Team with a request to restrict your access to the Personal Account for a certain period of time or permanently.   12. If the Client is concerned about their gambling and, after thinking about the situation, feels that they cannot control it and play responsibly, they can employ the “self-exclusion” procedure.
